In good condition in all respects
In good condition. The glass chimney was free from soot, smoke or stains.
Specimens examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter. It had not been filtered.
In good condition free from gummy or burnt oil. The wicks were well trimmed.
In good condition & found to be level. The lampist gave instruction to the asst. how to level it.
In good condition clean free from scratches stains or dirt - 5 of the panes cracked.
It was on. Clean made of cotton ticking: hung up in lantern room when not in use.
2 sets new containing 20 pieces, gave the asst. instructions at what time to put them up & take them down.
