In very good condition.
In good condition - the lens perfectly clean in all its parts.
It was in good condition in every respect.
Specimen examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter. It had been filtered.
It was clean & in perfect order.
It was found to be level.
Very clean, free from scratches, stains etc., but several of the panes were cracked.
It was on; was clean made of cotton ticking & when not in use is kept in lantern room.

There was no alarm bell.
There is a rod lamp belonging to the station. It had been sent away for repairs.
Dwelling was in good condition so far as related to cleanliness. Walls & ceiling require some
repairs.

Lens is never touched improperly.
Trap door fits tightly but the lantern door does not.
These articles were all in their proper places & not to be seen.

They were painted according to instructions; but the lightning conductor was broken and should be repaired.

They are made according to the directions of the Lighthouse Board with air tight covers & cocks.
Keeper understands use of the covers & oil cocks, but having a limited supply of refuse oil had failed to fill the gutters of the oil butts.
There was a dripping bucket so hung.
Oil butts are raised well above the masonry, upon a small platform of plank made for the purpose.
There was no empty oil butt.
