In good condition
Lens is perfectly clean inside & outside.
In very good condition.
The oil was found to be free from all dirt & motes. It had not been filtered.
In good condition & free from all gummy or burnt oil. The wicks are well trimmed.
It is level.
They are clean, 1 of them badly broken.
The cover is on, clean, made of linen ticking & kept hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
2 sets in good condition, put up & taken down at the proper time.
None required.
Rod lamp in good condition & clean.
General condition of dwelling is very poor & will be necessary to make some improvement to make it comfortable for the Keeper & family.
They were painted & clean.
