Double dwelling facing Lower Hay Lake Cut & about 3/4 mile E'ly of light towers.
1st sotry buff, 2nd story red, red roof.
1st story of brick, remainder of wood frame shingle walls & shingle roof. Brick foundation walls.
Keeper's part 6 rooms, Asst's part 7 rooms. - pantry, hall closet in each.

6 x 4 privy, metal slate roof; 6 x 6 privy shingle roof, both brick; Barn 16.5' x 30.5' plain of battened boards used as woodshed to cowshed. Former lamp house, 4' x 4' plan, of boards, stands near boathouse & is used to store paint & lines.
