In good condition & clean: glass chimney is free from soot, smoke or stains.
Oil examined & found to be free from motes dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.
In good condition, free from all gummy or burnt oil, wicks are well trimmed.
It was found to be level.
Free from scratches, stains or dirt.
Cover on; clean, made of linen ticking - hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
1 set, in good condition, made of linen ticking, put up & taken down at proper time.
