The lens is clean & in good condition.
In good condition & clean: glass chimney is free from soot, smoke or stains.
Oil was found to be free from motes dust or dirt and had not been filtered.
In good condition, wicks are well trimmed.
It was found to be level.

Cover on; clean, made of linen ticking - hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
1 set, in good condition, made of linen ticking, put up & taken down at proper time.
