Lens was perfectly clean in all its parts.

Lens is never touched improperly.
They fit tightly.
These were in their proper places; there were none seen elsewhere.
There were none of these in the rooms mentioned.
Keeper understands use of heater.
Keeper was confined to his bed sick; but from appearances, the tower & dwelling receive proper attention as to the above.
Dome was painted according to instructions; conductor requires repairs.

The 2 "50s" were made according to Lighthouse Board regulations - the 100 gallon oil butt was not.
Gutters of the regulation butts were filled with refuse oil, & covers on.
There were dripping cups so hung.
There was a plank btwn the oil butts & the masonry.
There was 1 butt empty. It was well cleaned ready for a new supply of oil.
