In good condition; The glass chimney is free from all dirt, soot, stains, etc.
Oil examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter & had not been filtered.
It is free from all gummy or burnt oil & the wicks are well trimmed.
It was found to be level.

Cover was on; clean; made of white linen, hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
