Copper or brass finial - platinum tipped at top of dome of lantern has been removed.

Brass wire rope looped over finial at its base, led to sand outside base of dwelling, has been removed.

Iron balustrade 4' high; circular gallery 2' 5" wide, of which 1' 5" is concrete parapet of tower, balance of wood.

Copper trap door in concrete flooring - to tower stairs 1 lower (iron) panel of lantern opens on balcony, fitted as door.
