DETROIT, MI
Arrive at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). Check-in at nearby airport hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We will have our Welcome Dinner that evening at the hotel.
September 13, 2009
DETROIT - MACKINAW CITY
Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart for Bay City to view the Saginaw River Rear Range Lighthouse. Afterwards, we will head to Mackinaw City to visit the Old Mackinaw Point Lighthouse and Museum, stopping for lunch en route. That evening, we will stay overnight in Mackinaw City and have dinner at a local restaurant.

MACKINAW CITY
Breakfast at the hotel. We will board our vessel for a 3-hour eastbound cruise of the Straits of Mackinac. We will pass by the Cheboygan Crib, Cheboygan Range, Fourteen Foot Shoal, Poe Reef, Spectacle Reef, Bois Blanc, Round Island, and Round Island Passage Lighthouses. After the cruise, we will be dropped off on Mackinaw Island for lunch and touring on your own. That evening we will stay overnight in Mackinaw City and have dinner at a nearby restaurant.

MACKINAW CITY - TAWAS
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning we will depart for a visit of Forty Mile Point Lighthouse. We will then head to visit the Presque Isle New and Presque Isle Old Lighthouses and enjoy a box lunch. We will also stop to view the Presque Isle Range and Alpena Harbor Lighthouses. Then we will head for a visit at Sturgeon Point Lighthouse. That evening we will stay overnight in Tawas and have dinner at a local restaurant.

TAWAS CITY - PORT HURON
Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart for a visit of Tawas Point Lighthouse. Then we will stop for a distant view of the Port Austin Reef Lighthouse and also visit the Point Aux Barques Lighthouse where we will enjoy a box lunch. After our visits here, we will depart to view the Harbor Beach and Port Sanilac Lighthouses. That evening we will stay overnight in Port Huron and have dinner at a nearby restaurant.

PORT HURON - DETROIT
Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart to visit the Fort Gratiot Lighthouse and the Lightship Huron. That afternoon, we will take a boat cruise of the St. Clair River and have a box lunch on board the vessel. We will pass by the Fort Gratiot, Peche Island, St. Clair Flats Cutoff, and St. Clair Flats Range Lighthouses. While on the cruise, we will be stopping for a visit of the St. Clair Flats Range Lighthouse. That evening we will stay overnight in Detroit and have dinner at a local restaurant.

DETROIT
Breakfast at the hotel. We will depart for a boat cruise to pass by the Grosse Isle Range, Boblo Island and Detroit River Lighthouses. After lunch, we will stop to visit the Dossin Maritime Museum and view the William Livingstone Memorial Lighthouse. We will also stop to view the Detroit Lighthouse Service Depot. That evening we will stay overnight in Detroit and have our Farewell Dinner at the hotel.
